movies and bowels.

i despise horror movies. like… A. LOT.

brent…loves them.

October is a dreaded month for me. it is the month, thanks to halloween, that cheesy horror-B movies inundate the airwaves. and brent watches every single one of them.

he ain’t right. but you all knew that already.

though i’m guessing there are a few of you who like these movies too. why?? WHY? they make me feel like i have the flu and should be running to the bathroom.

no bueno.

all this to ask….what’s you favorite movie of all time??

  1. That would be a toss up between Green Mile and A Few Good Men

But Amityville Horror, Omen and The House on Haunted Hill are staples in the house every year around this time :-) .

  2. i so do not like horror movies. i jump and get scared and am ridiculous during them. makes for a good time for other people while they laugh at my reactions. sooooo yes, i'm with you and steer clear of them =)

  3. I just also need to throw in that I too despise horror movies!!! Horrid!

Favorite movie? I don't have just one…. sorry… too many to choose from :)

  4. horror movies suck. i hate them. i think i'm anxious enough about life, i don't need more help. thanks.

my favorite movie, no joke, is Dumb and Dumber. followed closely by Napoleon Dynamite. and that should reveal a lot about me.

  5. I would have to say my favorite movie of all time is "Dead Poets Society" but everytime "V for Vendetta" comes on, I have to watch it.

  6. If I had to pick two movies to call favorite (1 serious, 1 funny), I'd say:

    1. The Last Samurai
    2. Dumb & Dumber

Hate horror flicks…but I loved The Ring.

  7. Tell Brent to watch "Black Sheep." Not the Chris Farley one, but the other one about zombie sheep. Trust me on this one.

  8. But… one of two favorites are Signs and The Village. Absolutely incredible. I hate horror films. I hate scary movies. But these two movies had suspense and faith wrapped up in one. And left me thinking for weeks afterwards. They're great to reference in sermons too.
