Link Your Ink On Linky for Gitz

This is a space where you can share your Tribute to Sara Tattoo for all to see…

If you decided to get a Choose Joy tattoo, we would love to see it! Please link up to the tweet, blog, pic, or video you post on the Interwebz about it, so we can all celebrate Sara’s life and legacy together.

[Be sure to link to the specific post and not your blog homepage]

There is an HTML code, for the format above, that you can use if you want to provide a space for your community of blog readers to share their Ink-Tribute. Using this same code will keep all our submissions together in one location. If you would like this code please let me know in the comments and I will gladly email it to you with specific directions.

Also…if you have chosen to use any of the Choose Joy designs, please email Trevor and let him know. He worked into the wee-hours of the night doing this for Sara. Such a gift.

  1. mmm, love the slant and location of #3's tattoo…..

I'm super excited to get mine, but bummed I couldn't get in until November. I love too that I'm taking those fonts and some of her doodles and creating my own (finally figured it out, mostly). It will be an emotional day for sure, because I know by then she will be with Jesus, but I will be doing it so her memory and her legacy lives on.

I always think that my boys, who are a part of me, will carry on anything I have worthy of passing on. Sara doesn't have babies of her own, but how amazing is it that she had so much love for everyone that people ALL OVER THE WORLD are helping to carry on the parts of her that are worth passing on?! I mean, it is just SO HUGE and so mindblowing…. and she did it all from her condo. Can you imagine what she would have done without any limitations?

As much as it hurts that she is leaving us so early, it makes sense…. she definately has an "other worldly" aura about her, as you called her – our earth angel.

So excited to see everyones art!

    • also, I shared who she is with Aidans doctor today and an old friend of mine today, and at my party on Saturday night I shared her there too….. and I love telling people about her. I always have actually, but now it feels more desperate…. like "I NEED YOU to know about my friend, because she is amazing, and she is leaving us, but I want you to know her before she goes."

Before when I would share about her, it was about how strong she is and how wise she is and how dang talented she is. I even got my mom to read her blog on occasion (which is huge!) and everyone loves my canvas so naturally I'd point them in her direction.

How do we get so lucky to have the love and friendship of someone like her?

Love you Tam, miss you guys a lot, especially now.
