It really wasn’t enough for us to move across the country last year to start a whole new life and ministry with a new community of people…and insects. So, we decided 10 months later we would move, again, 1.8 miles. Well, we didn’t decide that, the owner of the home we lived in sold – so he decided it. We have found that it doesn’t make that much of a difference whether you’re moving 2,400 miles or less than 2 miles…it’s still a full-fledged move full of sweat, bruises, pizza and dust bunnies. I’ve also found that even the cleanest of people can look like slobs the minute the box spring leaves the bedroom.
And wouldn’t you know, being the pro-movers we are, we have moved again! It’s because we like crazy – It’s just the right thing to be.
We have lived out the last 14 months here in TN serving alongside some of the most extraordinary people at Cross Point Hendersonville. We’ve met some life-long friends who, actually, feel more like family. We have acclimated into ministry here in the south. We have connected with hearts that have forever changed us. And now, we have moved on again…
This time a little south, to Franklin TN. We are still with Cross Point launching their Franklin Campus. And while the move was bitter-sweet we are full of excitement and expectation of wonderful things to come.
